Dr. Padraic Gibson is Director of The Coaching Clinic, Dublin, Ireland and lectures and is a senior research associate at Dublin City University. He is also a senior research associate at the Centro Di Terapia Strategica, Italy. He completed post graduate training in Systemic Management and Organisation Consulting at Sunderland University, UK. He has worked in senior management in the Irish Health System for twenty years and has consulted in this period to private and public organisations. He is also a consultant psychotherapist and clinical supervisor.
